2.3 How to Change the Color of Your Boat’s Track
You can select the color for your boat’s track among black, red, yellow, green, cyan,
blue, magenta and white. It is useful to change the color at regular intervals to distin-
guish tracks at different times of a day, for example.
1. Open [Home] and tap the [Plotter] menu icon.
2. Tap [Track] to show the track menu screen.
3. Select desired line color in the [Active Track] menu item.
4. Tap outside the menu screen to close the menu.
5. Tap [Exit] to close [Home].
2.4 How to Change the Color of Your Boat’s Track
with Sea Surface Temperature
You can have the track painted in a different color when the sea surface temperature
changes by the amount set. This feature requires water temperature data (MTW) in
NMEA format.
1. Open [Home] and tap the [Plotter] menu icon.
2. Tap [Track] to show the track menu screen.
3. Tap [Track Color By Temperature] and select [0.2°F], [2.0°F] as appropriate refer-
ring to the table below for color and temperature change.
Select [Off] if you do not want to change the line color by temperature.
4. Tap outside the menu screen to close the menu.
5. Tap [Exit] to close [Home].
2.5 How to Hide, Show Track by Color
When the screen becomes cluttered with many different colors of track you may want
to show only a certain color to clear the screen.
How to show, hide track from [Home]
1. Open [Home] and tap the [Plotter] menu icon.
2. Tap [Track] to show the track menu screen.

Red: 31.0°F to 31.2°F, 32.0°F to 32.2°F,

Orange: 31.2°F to 31.4°F, 32.2°F to

33.4°F to 33.6°F
Green: 31.6°F to 31.8°F, 32.6°F to 32.8°F,
33.6°F to 33.8°F
Blue: 31.8°F to 32.0°F, 32.8°F to 33.0°F,
33.8°F to 34°F
Red: 20°F to 22°F, 30°F to 32°F, 40°F to
42°F
Orange: 22°F to 24°F, 32°F to 34°F, 42°F
to 44°F
Yellow: 24°F to 26°F, 34°F to 36°F, 44°F
to 46°F
Green: 26°F to 28°F, 36°F to 38°F, 46°F to
