3. Tap [Within], [Outside] or [Off] to activate or deactivate the alarm.
For [Within], the alarm sounds within the alarm range set. For [Outside], the alarm
sounds outside the alarm range set.
To change the alarm value, go to step 4.
4. Tap the numeric value to show the Numeric Keypad and set the alarm value (set-
ting range: 0 to 9999.9 ft).
5. Tap outside the menu screen to close the menu.
6. Tap [Exit] to close [Home].
7.6 Anchor Alarm
The anchor alarm informs you that your boat is moving when it should be at rest.
To set the anchor alarm:
1. Open [Home] and tap the [Visual Alarm] menu icon.
2. Tap [Anchor Alarm].
3. Tap [On] or [Off] to activate or deactivate the alarm. To change the alarm value,
go to step 4.
4. Tap the numeric value to show the Numeric Keypad and set the alarm value (set-
ting range: 0.00 to 5.39 nm).
5. Tap outside the menu screen to close the menu.
6. Tap [Exit] to close [Home].
7.7 Trip Alarm
The trip alarm alerts you when you have travelled the distance set.
To set the trip alarm:
1. Open [Home] and tap the [Visual Alarm] menu icon.
2. Tap [Trip Alarm].
3. Tap [On] or [Off] to activate or deactivate the alarm. To change the alarm value,
go to step 4.
4. Tap the numeric value to show the Numeric Keypad and set the alarm value (set-
ting range: 0 to 5399 nm).
5. Tap outside the menu screen to close the menu.
6. Tap [Exit] to close [Home].
