8 APPLICABLE STANDARDS
The FP1500 has been designed according to the EN54-2:1997 and EN54-
4:1997 and EN60950 / A4+A11 (1997) standards.
EN54-2 has basic and optional requirements.

Auxiliary functions not required in the EN54-2/4
Apart from the compulsory and optional functions with requirements
defined in the EN54-2/4, the FP1500 range incorporate auxiliary functions
not required by the standard, designed to enable the control and
understanding of the system:
• Auto-search options
• Allocation of 10 different codes for access level 2.
• Possibility of configuration by zones: logical events, general events.
• RS485 outputs
• RS232 outputs
• Auto-search serial ports
• Editing of points from the control unit
• Editing of zones from the control unit
• Editing of logic line from the control unit
• Storage of events in a history file
• Language selection
