3. Remove the TwinAx PCIe cable.
Install the TwinAx PCIe cable
Follow these steps to install the TwinAx PCIe cable:
1. Route the new TwinAx PCIe cable between the inside of the
BEP and the inside of the FEP.
2. Connect the TwinAx PCIe cable to the connector on the
BEP’s motherboard.
3. Connect the TwinAx PCIe cable to the connector on the
main board.
4. Install the covers on the BEP and on the FEP.
5. Install the side covers on the Ultrasound system.
6. Install the mains power cable.
Be careful when performing the next step. The two locks on the
connector for the PCIe cable are easy to break. If broken, you
must replace the Main Board.
