Connection of battery leads to the MC300 (Detail 01):
Legen Sie unter den Kabelschuh eine Messingbeilagscheibe, damit der Kabelschuh Abstand zur Platine
bekommt. Auf die Oberseite des Kabelschuhs wird ebenfalls ein Messingscheibe, gefolgt von einem
Sprengring montiert und die Schraube mit einem Anzugsdrehmoment von 4 Nm festgezogen. / Place a brass
washer under the cable lug so that the cable lug is spaced clear off the PCB. A brass washer followed by a
snap ring is also fitted to the top of the cable lug and the bolt tightened with a tightening torque of 4 Nm.
Anschluss der Motorleitungen: / Connection of the motor cables:
Der Anschluss erfolgt genauso wie der Anschluss der Akkuzuleitung. Die Messingscheibe unter dem
Kabelschuh kann hier entfallen. Das Anzugsdrehmoment liegt ebenfalls bei 4 Nm. / The connection is
performed as with the connection of the battery leads. The brass washer beneath the cable lug can be omitted
here. The tightening torque is 4 Nm here as well.
