gaugereads100psi(6.9bar,0.69MPa).Ifyouareunable
toattainthissetting,checktheairinlet󰘰ltersandmakesure
thesupplyairpressureisgreaterthanorequalto100psi.If
theabovestepsdonotresolveissue,replacethepumpair
pressureregulator.
Thewaterpumpis
malfunctioning.
Rotate3-wayselectorvalvetoOFFposition.Openrinse
valveandensurepumpcycles,andwater󰘱owsfromrinse
hose.Closerinsevalveandverifythatpumpstalls.Ifpump
continuestocreeporwillnotprime,refertomanual333397
forpumpservice.
Thepop-upcannotseal.
Makesurethepop-upiscleanandfreeofdebrisintheo-ring
sealingarea.Checkforproperpop-upalignmentintheclosed
position(thereshouldbenogapsbetweentheo-ringandthe
pop-up).Removetheo-ringandmakesuretheo-ringgland
isclearofdebris.Replacetheo-ringand/orpop-upifworn.
Unableto󰘰llor
pressurizethepot
withwater.
Thewaterpressureregulator
ismalfunctioning.
Adjustthewaterpressureregulatoruntilthepotpressure
gaugereads185psi(12.75bar,1.275MPa).Ifthis
adjustmentisnotpossible,servicethewaterpressure
regulator(seemanual309474).
Theabrasiveballvalvewas
leftopenduringshutdown.

Withthepotpressurizedandtheabrasiveballvalveclosed,

controlswitch(B)is
engaged.Largeslugs
ofabrasiveandwater
areejectedfromnozzle.
Thepinchhoseisworn.Withthepotpressurizedandtheabrasiveballvalve
open,checktomakesurethepumpisstalled.Ifthe
pumprodiscreeping,replacethepinchhose.See
