charge.Inspectcablefordamagedor'open'wiring.Check3A
fuseandreplaceifnecessary.Checkforcontinuitythrough
connectorsonthecontrolboxandallexternalcables.Check
continuitythroughtheelectricblastcontrolswitch(B)(the
switchisnormallyopen).Ifallaboveitemsarefunctional,
replacethe4-waysolenoidvalve.
Noblastair󰘱owwhen
theblastcontrolswitch
(B)isengaged.The
waterpumpdoes
notcyclewhilethe
blastcontrolswitchis
engaged.
Thepneumaticblastcontrol
circuitismalfunctioning.
Actuatetheblastcontrolswitch(B)andcheckforproperspool
valveactuationinthe4-wayvalve.Ifnoactuationoccurs,
checktheblastcontrolswitchandtwin-linebydisconnecting
theyellowtubeattheenclosuremalequickdisconnectand
engagethecontrolswitch.Ifnoaircomesfromthe󰘰tting,
checkthepneumaticblastcontrol󰘰lter.Ifthe󰘰lterisclean,
checkforsignalairattheblastcontrolswitch.Replacethe
pneumaticblastcontrolswitchifsignalairdoesnotpass
throughthevalvewhenthehandleisdepressed.Iftheswitch
isfunctioning,makesuretheyellowtubinginsidethecontrol
boxisproperlyconnectedandisclearofobstructions.Ifthe
tubingisclean,replacethe4-waysolenoidvalve.
