Spray Pattern Troubleshooting
Follow Pressure Relief Procedure, page 15, before
checking or repairing the gun.
NOTE: Check all possible problems and causes before
disassembling the air cap assembly and spray tip. Air
and fluid imbalance may cause improper air patterns.
To reduce the risk of a skin injection injury, always
follow the Pressure Relief Procedure, page 15,
whenever instructed to relieve the pressure. To avoid
serious injury from skin injection, do not put your hand
in front of the spray tip when installing or removing the
air cap assembly and spray tip.
