UCM CDR
CDR (Call Details Report) is the data generated from PBX calls. It includes call details and properties for
all calls processed by the PBX. The CDR record includes caller number, callee number, call type, start time,
call time, talk time and etc. This section describes CDR related to calls from remote network.

CDR for Remote Calls
UCM6300 CDR can be accessed from UCM web GUI → CDR → CDR page. In “Call Type” field, click on
“Remote Calls” to filter the page to display remote calls CDR.
