INTEGRATED CUSTOMER SERVICE SDK
The Integrated Customer Service SDK, allows users to download the SDK provided by the customer service
system and integrate it on the website, so that the website can contact customer service for call operations. The
call queue is used as the customer service number.
In order to configure Customer Service SDK, please go under Value-added Feature → UCM RemoteConnect
→ Integrated Customer Service SDK.
