In order to avoid to disconnect all other Z carriage connectors (Red pointer, spindle
motor….) we recommend you to put the Z carriage on the X bridge before to remove the Z
limit switch.
Afin d’éviter de déconnecter les autres connecteurs du chariot Z (Pointeur rouge, moteur
broche…), nous vous recommandons de poser le chariot Z sur le pont X pour effectuer le
démontage du switch Z
Put the spindle holder on flat on the X Bridge and then slide
down the Z axis at the bottom position.
Placer le porte broche à plat sur le pont X puis déplacer l’axe
Z en position basse.
The Z limit switch is located at the top right side of the back
spindle holder and tightened by 2 screws and a brass nut.
Le Fin de course Z est place en haut à droite du porte broche et
maintenu par 2 vis et une plaque écrou laiton.
Remove the 2 Z limit switch screws by holding the brass nut.
Retirer les 2 vis de maintien du fin de course Z en maintenant
la plaque écrou laiton.
Remove the Z limit switch.
Retirer le fin de course Z.
Reassemblingoperation‐Opérationderemontage
Put the Z limit switch in its place and fix it with the 2
screws and brass nut.
Positionner le fin de course Z puis fixer le à l’aide des
2 vis et écrou laiton.
To position correctly the Z limit switch, tighten the screws at the middle position of the
frame opening.
Pour une position correcte du fin de course, serrer les 2 vis au milieu des lumières.
