Symptom Cause Action
The mower never leaves the
charging station.
The PARK mode is activated. Press Resume in the app.
Scheduling settings are preventing the mower
from leaving the charging station.
Check the Scheduling settings in the app. Also
check that the clock shows the current time.
The mower never becomes fully charged. Check that the mower is receiving the charging
power. Check that the value for Voltage corresponds
with the guideline values should be over 32V (see
section 5.2 for cables to be measure). If there is
no, or too low charge voltage (< 32V), grind off any
deposits on the charging connector on the mower
and the charging connector in the charging station.
Also check that the cabling in the charging station
and to the mower’s charging connector is correctly
connected and that they are not damaged.
The power supply is faulty. Check that the mower is receiving the
charging voltage.
Check that the value for Voltage corresponds with
the guideline values above 32V.
Power supply doesn't support.
