4.6. REPLACING THE BLADE DISC
Disassemble the body (see section 4.3).
Turn the mower upside down and unscrew the three type 4
fasteners that secure the blade disc to the lower chassis.
Remove the old blade disc and fit the new blade disc.
Insert three type 4 fasteners and tighten to the correct torque
(see section 3).
Assemble the body (see section 4.21).
4.7. REPLACING THE SUSPENSION ASSY
Disassemble the body (see section 4.3).
Unscrew the two type 1 fasteners that secure the suspension
assy to the upper chassis.
Lift out the suspension assy.
Clean away any debris around the opening in the chassis.
Fit the new suspension assy.
Insert two type 1 fasteners and tighten to the correct torque (see
section 3).
Assemble the body (see section 4.21).
4.8. REPLACING THE INNER START/STOP
BUTTON ASSY
Disassemble the body (see section 4.3).
Put the START/STOP button in the stop position.
Remove the START button slide by lifting on the front edge.
Remove the START/STOP button by lifting from side to side.
Unscrew the two type 2 fasteners that secure the inner button to
the upper chassis.
Lift out the old inner button assy.
Fit the new inner button assy.
Insert two type 2 fasteners and tighten to the correct torque (see
section 3).
Put the inner button into the START position.
Snap the START/STOP button into place.
Snap the START button slider into place.
Put the START/STOP button into the STOP position.
Assemble the body (see section 4.21).
