4.15. REPLACING THE LOOP SENSOR ASSY
Disassemble the body (see section 4.3).
Disassemble the chassis (see section 4.10).
Disconnect the loop sensor cable from the main board.
Note: Always pull the connector and not the cable.
Cut the cable ties holding the loop sensor cable to the lower
chassis.
Unscrew the two type 2 fasteners that secure the loop sensor
bracket to the lower chassis.
Remove the old loop sensor boards and fit the new loop sensor
boards.
Note: Only touch the edges of the board.
Insert two type 2 fasteners and tighten to the correct torque(see
section 3).
Connect the loop sensor board cable to the main board.
Secure the loop sensor cable to the lower chassis using type 4
fasteners (see section 3).
Assemble the chassis (see section 4.20).
Assemble the body (see section 4.21).
4.16. REPLACING THE CUTTING MOTOR ASSY
Disassemble the body (see section 4.3).
Disassemble the chassis (see section 4.10).
Turn the mower upside down and unscrew the three type 3
fasteners that secure the blade disc to the lower chassis.
Remove the blade disc.
Turn the mower right-side up and remove the height adjustment
nut by twisting it counter-clockwise.
Unscrew the four type 1 fasteners that secure the height
adjustment housing to the lower chassis.
Lift out the height adjustment nut assy.
Note: Remove the old silicone and add new silicone on the
motor cable seal.
