bolts and (4)

⁄4" flat washers.
3. Slide pulley cover over pulleys (see Figure
19).
4. Align holes and secure with fasteners you
removed in Step 2 (see Figure 19).
5. Close pulley cover lid and secure with knob
(see Figure 20).
