12.7 Shaft with rotor assembly insertion
1. Connect the AMP connector of the float switch (403) to the plug of the signal wire.

2. Check the electrical connection and the float switch function with a multimeter, at the free end of the signal wire.
3. Fix the plugged float switch connector with a cable tie to the wire cover.
4. Mount a lifting eye into the threaded hole of the shaft end, and lift up the shaft with rotor assembly.
5. Insert the shaft with rotor assembly into the stator housing.
Make sure to take care of the stator leads and signal wires during the insertion process. Leave enough space for them to fit.
6. Continuously push down the wire set into the cable tunnel between the stator (48) nd the stator housing (55) during insertion.
7. Lubricate, insert and tighten the screws (183). The screw head closest to the float switch (403) will be higher than the edge of the lower
bearing bracket (155). This is to help the orientation of the upper seal housing (58).
