6. Move to the SHORT TEST or SPOT

field using the cursor keys.

7. Connect the clips to a shorting bar as

shown below:

8. Press the [MEAS SHORT] soft-key and

then the [OK] soft-key. Wait until the

“Correction finished” message is

displayed.

9. Press the [ON] soft-key if the SHORT

field is set to OFF.

Step 5. Connect the DUT to the test fixture as shown

below:
