TEAR OFF BELT PRESSURE ADJUSTMENT (See Figure 8)
CAUTION: DISCONNECT POWER BEFORE PERFORMING ADJUSTMENT.
To adjust the belt pressure:
1. Slightly loosen the Pinch Idler Pulley 9929.
2. Move the Adjusting Screw in to increase the belt pressure.
• Note: Proper adjustment between the Fixed Idler Pulley and the Pinch Idler Pulley should not allow for
a .020” shim to pass between the pinch point.
3. Re-tighten the Pinch Idler Pulley 9929.
