1. Press "Regen" to turn on parking regen.
2. When the indicator light turns on, the
forklift truck will start regen.
3. The engine speed increases.
Install a hazard warning sign near the exhaust
port.
At the end of parking regen, the light will
automatically turn off; the engine can be shut
down after waiting for 2-3 min until the engine
reverts to normal idling.
The time for regen is about 30 minutes and
varies according to different conditions, for
example:
- Degree of filter clogging
- Engine temperature
- Fuel quality and oil type
- Ambient temperature, etc.
At the end of the regen process, the indicator
light goes off and the remaining time before
the next regeneration is reset.
Caution
When the indicator light is on, it
indicates that the exhaust pipe is at high
temperature.
Parking regen: The parking status is not
suitable for heat dissipation. Stay away
from inflammables and keep a safe
distance from people.
The driver should pay attention to safety,
should not leave the site, and should
monitor the engine conditions during
regen.
The driver should not stop the engine
during regen; otherwise it is likely to
cause a DPF fault.
Caution
The parking regen must be stopped in an
emergency.
Regeneration will automatically stop if the
operator performs any of the following
operations.
1. Release the handbrake.
2. Depress the accelerator pedal.
3. Switch forward/reverse gear.
4. Turn off the engine.
5. Press the "Inhibit" switch to disable
regeneration.

The operator should carefully read relevant
descriptions related to the DPF in the manual,
in order to avoid damaging it due to misuse.
Take care, because high temperature exhaust
gas will be produced when the DPF is
regenerating.
