27  Installation & Controller Start-Up
4.2.4. Wiring the Controller
Easy access to HI520 installation terminals − push in and plug out − enables quick wiring.
High voltage connections (Terminal 1)
` Power (9)
` Alarm (1)
` Control relays (8)
Low voltage connections (Terminal 2)
` COMM (RS‑485) (2)
` PROBE 1 (CH1) (3)
` Digital Inputs (4)
` Analog Outputs (6)
` PROBE 2 (CH2) (7)
Follow the lead markings (+ positive / – negative) to ensure that output leads are wired to the correct
position on the main board.
Run the connector cable through the designated opening and using a screwdriver connect the cable leads
to the appropriate connector jack and plug them in the corresponding socket.
Note: Wiring (wiring changes) must be conducted after power supply to the controller has been turned off.
