Checks While Washing in Field
While washing, 2 checks are recommended to see if AutoWash function is correct.
• Check 1:
When doing AutoWash with spray wash water, verify that the spray pressure is in set range. The spray pressure is
adjustable. Default pressure is 5 bar.
The circulation pressure is adjustable. Default pressure is 2 bar. If in doubt then ask your HARDI dealer.
• Check 2:
Check on the RinseTankGauge that each cycle consumes 75 litres.
• Check Reminder:
When AutoWash is completed, the number of cycles and steps should always be YY:YY.
E.g. for a BoomFlush program it must read 14:14 when ended.
In case of reading XX:YY the program is not finished correctly.
Soak Wash
Soak wash is an extensive wash of sprayer between jobs with incompatible crops. Do the wash procedure according to
prescriptions from the chemical producer, using a cleaning agent, e.g. the commonly used AllClearExtra.

WARNING! If your chemical prescribes another cleaning agent and/or another cleaning procedure, you must follow
that.
