6. If the report fails to generate, the following message displays.
Close the dialog box and try again.
TechDump generation status:
When the generation status box is closed, you can still follow the progress of the report generation by the appearance of
the Tech dump button:
The TechDump is empty.
The TechDump is in progress.
The TechDump failed.
The TechDump is ready and can be uploaded.
A message is generated when the report is ready or has failed to generate.
