3. Cut off all six tips of the electrolytic fluid package and carefully turn the package upside
down over the holes in the battery to the “vertical” position, not the oblique position.
CAUTION for possible acid splashes!
4. Squeeze the electrolytic solution pack so that the solution flows into all the battery cells.
Pour all the solution into the battery.
5. Replace the six-piece cap and push it firmly. (Fit the caps and tighten them well.
6. Attach the battery to its case under the operator's seat.
CAUTION! A
Don‘t use the battery for at least 30 minutes after refilling the electrolytic solution.
STEERING WHEEL ASSEMBLY
Place the machine on a level surface and align the front wheels.
(fig. 5-6)
1. Place the connecting shaft on the steering rod and fasten it at the bottom with its cylinder
pin.
2. Slide the lower and upper parts of the cover onto the connecting shaft and lower them.
3. Place the steering wheel on the connecting shaft and align it.
4. Secure the steering wheel with a flat washer and spring washer and a bolt. Tighten the bolt.
5. Position the steering wheel's centre cover.
SEAT ASSEMBLY
Attach the seat to the top plate on the machine using the screws with washers - (fig. 7-8).
COLLECTION BASKET ASSEMBLY
1. Open the hopper and insert the front support into the tube at the top of the hopper structure
(fig. 9). If necessary, tap the parts together with a rubber mallet.
2. Snap the hopper cloth's plastic clips onto the individual pipes (fig. 10).
3. Mount the struts on both sides between the front support and the tube at the top of
the basket (fig. 11-12).
4. Tighten the nuts.
5. Insert the grass catcher onto the holders (obr. 13-14).
BATTERY CONNECTION
1. Install the battery into the housing under the operator’s seat.
2. Connect the red wire to the positive pole (+) and the black wire to the negative pole (-) of
the battery (fig. 15).
CAUTION! A
Ensure the correct polarity when connecting wiring. Interchanging the leads could
damage the battery and its recharging.
