Drive plate Disassembly
Remove 5 E-ring from drive plate.
Remove the spring plate and centrifugal clutch
plate.
Remove 5 springs from the drive plate Check if
spring is damaged or insufficient elasticity.
Remove 5 clutch weights.
Check if spring is damaged or insufficient elasticity.
Measure each clutch weight thickness.
Replace it if exceeds service limit.
