Right Crankcase Cover Removal
Remove the left footrest.
Drain the engine oil and coolant，and then
remove coolant hoses.
Remove 5 bolts from the recoil starter cover.
Remove the recoil starter cover and gasket.
Remove the water pump cover (5 bolts )
A.C. Generator Removal
Remove the connector bolt and starter pulley
Remove 12 mounted screws from the right
crankcase cover and then remove it.
Remove 5 screws from right crankcase cover.
Remove the stator.
