3.6 Duty of care
The safety of the bicycle can only be assured if all the
necessary measures are taken.
3.6.1 Rider
The rider:
• receives instruction before the first ride. He/she can
clarify any questions relating to the operating
instructions with the user or the HERCULES specialist
dealer.
• wears personal protective equipment.
• assumes all the obligations of the user in case the
bicycle changes hand
