Sale of the bicycle
Fill out the data sheet on the first page of the
operating instructions.
Adjust the bicycle to the rider.
Set the kickstand and the shifter, and show the
purchaser the settings.
Instruct the user or rider how to use all the functions
of the bicycle.
5.3.3.1 Checking the battery
The battery has to be checked before it is charged for
the first time.
Press the On-Off button (battery).
If none of the LEDs on the operating and char
ge
status indicator light up, the battery may be
damaged.
If at least one of the LEDs of the operating and
charge status indicator lights up, but not all of them,
the battery can be charged.
Once the battery has been charged, insert the
battery on the bicycle.
Confirm, that the battery is an original Shimano
battery or a BMZ battery.
