Make sure the cut-out on the adjusting nut
(1) is seated on the brake joint pin (2) after
making final freeplay adjustment.
Other checks:
Check brake cable for kinks or signs of wear
that could cause sticking or failure.
Make sure the brake arm spring and fasteners
are in good condition.
If proper adjustment cannot be obtained by
this method, visit your Authorised Hero
MotoCorp workshop.
NOTE
Apply the brake several times and check for
free wheel rotation after the brake lever is
released.

(a) Fuel tank
The fuel tank capacity is 5.5 litres.
To open the fuel filler cap (1), insert the
Fuel
The fuel tank is located under the seat.
ignition key (2), push it in and turn the
ignition key to fuel open or in clockwise
position (page 24) the lid will open as shown
in the picture.
Ÿ If the free play is more than 20 mm further
turn the adjuster nut to obtain desired free
play.
