Lock not working
Key indicators
Pressing the REX button should unlock the lock.
Presenting an allowed card at the reader should unlock the lock.
The associated relay LED should change state (Change from ON to OFF, or OFF to ON)
(Picture shows the Relay 1 LED in the ON State)
Analysis
Has the relay been configured correctly in the software?
o Configure the relay correctly in the software.
Has the relay to lock been wired correctly?
o Wire the relay to lock correctly.
Is the Wiegand Door Module defective?
o Replace Wiegand Door Module.
Has the correct kind of lock been used, 12V DC?
o Replace the lock with the correct kind of lock.
Is the lock powered from the ACW2-XN?
o Is the battery voltage of the battery in the ACW2-XN, too low?
Recharge / replace the battery
Is the lock powered from a separate power supply?
o Is the power supply that is supplying the lock, switched on?
Switch on the power supply for the lock.
o Is the power supply for the lock defective?
Replace the power supply for the lock.
