Battery backup not working:
Key Indicators
• Controller should remain powered up when mains power is removed.
• The STAT and SPD LEDs should both be ON
(Picture shows the STAT and SPD LEDs illuminated)
Analysis
• Is the connection to the battery defective?
o Fix defective battery connection (polarity reversed or loose connection)
• Is the battery fuse defective?
o Replace battery fuse.
• Is battery defective?
o Replace battery
