Key indicators
• HID Access Manager Date and Time should match the Date and Time on the PC, or mobile device.
Analysis
• Has the coin cell battery insulating tab been removed?
o Remove the insulating tab.
• Has the date & time has been configured in software?
o Configure the Date and Time in the software.
• Is there a coin cell battery inserted in the battery holder, on the controller?
o Insert coin cell battery.
• Is the coin cell battery defective?
o Replace coin cell battery.
