Locate the
turntable
frequency drive
inside the
electrical
enclosure. Is the
LED display on?
Is the frequency
drive functioning
(i.e. no faults
reported)?
Refer to frequency
drive manufacturer’s
manual for specific
fault.
Look up the frequency
drive parameters
setting listed on the
electrical schematics.
Are all parameters set
correctly?
Push the “STOP”
button. Wait sixty
seconds, and then pull
the button out. Does
this clear the fault?
Adjust potentiometer
towards 100% to set
speed
Is the “Turntable
Speed” potentiometer
dial set high enough?
Tighten wiring,
replace dial if
necessary.
Use a voltmeter to test
resistance of the
potentiometer. Is it
reading 5KΩ across?
Refer to Power
Problem
above.
With machine
power
properly
supplied,
switch the
“Turntable”
selector to
Manual, and
press “Start”
button.
Does the
turntable
rotate?
Problem fixed.
Turntable is
ready.

Is the main circuit
breaker on?
Switch the circuit
breaker on.
Restore drive
parameters setting.
Locate the turntable
motor, and use a
voltmeter to check
continuity of all motor
wires. Is the frequency
drive connected
properly to the motor?
Tighten or replace
wiring as necessary.
