5.2 Connect to Plaorm
5.2.1 Connect to ISUP Plaorm
ISUP (EHome) is a plaorm access protocol. The device can be remotely accessed via this plaorm.
Before You Start
●
Create the device ID on ISUP
plaorm.
●
Ensure the device can communicate with the plaorm normally.
Steps
1.
Go to Conguraon → Device Conguraon → System Conguraon → ISUP .

Check Enable.
3.
Select Protocol Version.
4.
Select Address Type.
5.
Enter
Plaorm IP Address, Plaorm Port, and Camera No.
Note
The camera No. should be the same with the added one on the ISUP plaorm.
6.
Oponal: Enter Encrypon Key if you select v5.0.
7.
Click Save.
8.
Oponal: View Registraon Status.

When the registraon status shows online, you can add or manage the device via the plaorm
soware.
