4.8 Refresh Hold Setting
This procedure sets the threshold value for the refresh
hold function. The threshold value locks the display to
showing the amount of change after the display value has
stabilized, using the set amount of change as a criteria.
Setting this to off disables the refresh hold function and
enables the trigger hold function.
