2.12.2 10/100 Mbit/s twisted pair connection
In the BAT-Rail, the 10/100 Mbit/s twisted pair connections are RJ45
sockets.
10/100 Mbit/s ports enable the connection of terminal devices or independent
network segments according to the IEEE 802.3 100BASE-TX / 10BASE-T
standard.
These ports support:
Autonegotiation
Autopolarity
Autocrossing (if autonegotiation is activated)
100 Mbit/s half-duplex mode, 100 Mbit/s full duplex mode
10 Mbit/s half-duplex mode, 10 Mbit/s full duplex mode
State on delivery: autonegotiation activated.
The socket housing is electrically connected to the bottom panel.
