1. If Y is set for Idle Detection, the Guest Idle Mode is fixed to HALT.
2. To set Guest Idle Mode to MWAIT, the processor allocation setting must be
dedicated, and the Idle Detection setting must be N.
If MWAIT is set for Guest Idle Mode, changes to processor allocation and Idle
Detection settings are limited.
