Y: Supported
N: Not supported
Notes:
1. Power management software shuts down the Guest OS by the signal which comes
from UPS. (LPAR status becomes "Deactivate")
2. The LPAR manager does not shut-down itself by the signal from UPS. The LPAR
manager shuts down itself only when all the LPARs status became "Deactivate".
("Auto Shutdown" function has to be set to "Enable")
3. LPARs can be automatically activated when power supply from UPS has recovered.
("Auto Activate" function has to be set to "Enable")

Note:
• When UPS is used in the LPAR manager environment, it takes about 30
seconds longer for the server blade to stop working after a power failure
than in the Basic environment. More time may be required depending on
the number of activated LPARs.
