"!" is displayed on the right of the slot

operation or powered off due to a failure
causing the blockade of the PCI device.

(5) LPAR# Displays the LPAR number to which the PCI
device is assigned.
Number: When the PCI device has been
assigned to single LPAR, the LPAR number
that the PCI Device has been assigned to.
