Reset Options
Procedure
1. From the main Intelligent Provisioning page, click Perform Maintenance > iLO Configuration > Management
Settings
> Reset Options.
2. Reset option performs the following functions:
• Reset iLO
• Reset to Factory Default Settings
• Clear RESTful API State
About erasing data in Intelligent Provisioning
Intelligent Provisioning provides two methods to secure data on a server you want to decommission or prepare for a
different use. Both methods follow NIST Special Publication 800-88 Revision 1, Guidelines for Media Sanitization.
