Honda NU50 - Handlebar Installation

Remo~e the steering stem nut and washer.
Remove the handlebar.
EXTENSION BAA
(Commercial available)
LOCK NUT WRENCH SOCKET, 30 x 32 rom
(Commercially available)
FRONT CARRIER SET BOLT
HANDLEBAR INSTALLATION
Install the handlebar on the fork bridge.
Install
the steering stem nut and washer.
Tighten
the stem nut. to the specified torQue.
TORQUE: 75-85 N· m (7.5-8.5 kg·m, 54-61 ft·lb)
Install and tighten the front carrier set bolt.
TORQUE: 20-30 N·m (2.0-3.0 kg-m, 14-22 ft·lbl
Clamp the cables and wires to each handlebar clamp.
Install the front coyer and reflectors.
NOTE
Check that aU wires and cables are routed
properly (Page 1·6).
Install the Iront carrier.
