4.0 Bedienung
Hubvorgang
Die Hubvorrichtung des MightEvac ist nur in Notfällen zu verwenden. Nicht
für gewöhnliche Hebevorgänge von Personen oder Materialien verwenden.
HINWEIS: It is recommended to pull out several feet of lifeline and hold in position before en-
gaging retrieval mechanism. Always maintain tension on the lifeline while in retrieval mode.
HINWEIS: Es wird empfohlen, einige Meter der
Rettungsleine abzurollen und in Position zu
halten, bevor Sie die Hubvorrichtung betätigen.
Halten Sie bei Hebevorgängen immer den Zug
auf der Sicherungsleine aufrecht.
Ziehen Sie den Verriegelungsstift heraus, bis die
Winschkurbel nach außen springt. Möglicherweise
muss die Kurbel leicht gedreht werden, bis das Get-
riebe vollständig fasst. Der Verriegelungsstift sollte
in seine Ausgangsposition zurückspringen, sobald
das Getriebe richtig eingekuppelt ist. Das Gerät ist
jetzt bereit für den Hebevorgang.
HINWEIS: Eine Rettung wird ausgeführt indem
an eine Person in Sicherheit bringt.
ANHEBEN: Drehen Sie den Klinkengriff bei
leichter Spannung der Sicherungsleine gegen den
Uhrzeigersinn, um die Sicherungsleine im Gehäuse
aufzurollen.
ACHTUNG: Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Ver-
riegelungsstift nach dem Umstellen vom Aufroll-
auf den Hubmodus wieder vollständig in die
verriegelte Position zurückkehrt. Verwenden Sie
das Gerät nicht, wenn es im Hubmodus die Last
nicht tragen kann.

• Always use and inspect unit in accordance
with manufacturer’s instructions.
• Do not use as a restraint or positioning
device.
• Use only with attachment fittings and safety
harness recommended by manufacturer.
• Always connect the hook directly to
attachment point on harness.
• Guard against swing falls by keeping the
lifeline vertically ov erhead. Never work
above the device.
• Keep user and other workers from becoming
entangled in lifeline.
• Do not allow lifeline to dra g over
obstructions.
• Never clamp off or stand on the lifeline.
• Do not allow the lifeline to become slack.
• Do not allow cable, rope or webbing
lifelines to come in contact with anything
that will damage the lifeline including, but
not limited to, sharp, abrasive, rough or
high-temperature surfaces, welding, heat
sources, electrical hazards, or moving
machinery.
• Wear gloves when inspecting or handling
cable lifelines.
• Check lifeline for damage, fra ys, or cuts that
will reduce the strength.
• Maintain tension on the lifeline while letting
it retract after disconnecting from worker.
• Servicing must only be performed by the
manufacturer or an approved agent.

Bedienung der selbstaufrollenden Sicherungsleine
To return the unit to the retractable mode, Um das Gerät wieder in den Aufrollmodus zu bringen,
entlasten und belegen Sie die Sicherungsleine, da der Aufrollvorgang beginnt, sobald das interne
Getriebe ausgekuppelt wird. Ziehen Sie den Verriegelungsstift heraus und halten Sie ihn fest.
Drücken Sie den Klinkengriff an der Verbindung zur Getriebewelle nach innen, um das Getriebe
auszukuppeln, und lassen Sie den Stift in die Verriegelungsstellung zurückfallen.
