Preliminary
Requirements
1.
Turn
the
unit
off.
2.
Remove
the
power cord.
:3.
Remove all assemblies from
the
accessory
and/or
system
slots.
4.
Remove
the
front panel.
5. Remove
the
top
cover
4.
Remove
the
power supply.
5. Remove
the
fan housing.
Procedure
1.
Disconnect
both
fan wire
connectors
from
the
Inotherboard.
2.
Using a
#1
Pozidriv®
screwdriver, remove
the
four screws holding
the
motherboard
to
the
fan housing. Refer
to
Figure
2-8.

3. To install
the
motherboard,
reverse
steps
1
and
2.
I/O

1.
Turn
the
unit
off.
2.
Remove
the
power cord.
3.
Disconnect
all cables from
I/O
cards
in
the
I/O
slots.
4.
Remove all
cards
from
the
accessory slots.
5.
Remove
the
power
supply
access cover.
6.
Remove
the
top
cover.
Note
that
if
the
bus
expander
is
mounted
on
top
of
the
computer
and
the
computer's
card
cage
needs
to
be
replaced,
the
computer's
top
cover
may
be
removed
with
the
bus
expander
attached.
Refer
to
the
section
on
removing
top
covers.
