Release the peripheral cables and the power cord from the rack rail cable ties.
To replace the component, reverse the removal procedure.
HP CS power supply
To remove the component:
1. Power down the server (on page 28).
2. Remove the power from the server:
a. Disconnect the power cord from the power source.
b. Disconnect the power cord from the server.
3. Access the rear panel.
WARNING: To reduce the risk of personal injury from hot surfaces, allow the power supply or
power supply blank to cool before touching it.
