Installing the PTM24
NOTE: During this procedure, make sure you save all screws, the PTM base unit bottom bracket,
and the belt tensioner ramp/idler pulley springs and associated hardware. These items must be
reused when adding extensions.
1. Remove the bottom plate from the PTM base unit (see Figure 13).

2. Slide the media elevator car to the top of the PTM base unit (see Figure 14). Note that the top of
the PTM base unit has the drive motor on it.
NOTE: The media elevator car should now be positioned over the belt block bracket access cutout
next to the PCB and drive motor.
