3. Insert a large paper clip through the holes on the idler pulley base to set the idler pulley tension
to zero. (See Figure 19 on page 28.)
4. Turn the PTM over to access to the belt block bracket access cutout (see Figure 15 on page 25).
CAUTION: To prevent damage to the PTM media elevator car, it must be supported from
underneath any time you are performing procedures on the belt block bracket assembly.
5. Remove one screw from each of the two belt block brackets. Loosen the other screw and move
each belt block bracket to the side to gain access to the drive belt (see Figure 15 on page 25).
