PostScript Upgrade
The PostScript Upgrade enables a T3500 to print PDF and PostScript files. The PostScript upgrade can be
plugged into the printer's USB host. It is not necessary to leave it permanently connected: just plug it in once,
and the printer is upgraded forever.
Spindle
With extra spindles, you can change rapidly from one paper type to another.
3-in Spindle Adaptor Kit
With this adaptor you can use paper rolls with 3-inch cores, provided that the diameter of the roll is within
printer specifications.
HP SmartStream
HP Designjet SmartStream is a printing management application for technical-production attended
environments, which uses the Adobe PDF Print Engine for fast and accurate PDF problem detection,
rendering, previewing, and printing. You can use SmartStream to perform the following printing tasks:

Prepare jobs for printing from a single screen
●
Print PDF, TIFF, JPEG, and HP-GL/2 files
●
Automatically remove unwanted white space from pages
●
Automatically identify pages that do not require color printing
●
Extract or make extra copies of particular pages
●
Change the order in which documents or pages will be printed
●
Preview your prints accurately on screen
●
Manage concurrent print jobs
●
Control accessories such as stackers and folders
●
Monitor job status, printer status, and printer alerts.
HP SmartStream does not need or use the printer driver. However, you may want to keep the printer driver
