12. Remove the riser slot blank.
Retain the screw and blank. The screw will be used to secure the new expansion card.
13. Install the expansion card:
a. Install the expansion card (callout 1).
Make sure that the expansion card is seated firmly in the slot.
b. Close the retention latch (callouts 2 and 3).
