4 Installation and commissioning
4.1 Preliminary installation checks
Before carrying out any operations, MAKE SURE:
that no parts of the product have been damaged by impact or any other cause during transport
and/or handling;
that the connectors are undamaged.
4.2 Preparing the factory services
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the availability of the factory services (e.g.
electricity supply, compressed air supply, etc.).
The electricity supply line must have a sufficient power rating. The connection to the mains
electricity supply must be carried out by a qualified electrician.
Installation must be performed in a sufficiently lit area.
4.3 Environmental requisites
Temperature: from +5 to +40 °C. (41÷104°F)
Maximum relative humidity: 50% (at 40°C/104°F).
Maximum altitude: 1000 metres a.s.l. (unless agreed otherwise with the customer).
The customer is responsible for the entire power supply system to the product
as far as the connectors.
The user must guarantee all the safety conditions necessary for "earthing" the
product.
The earthing system must comply with current standards in the country of
installation and must be checked regularly by qualified personnel.
Do not install the product in areas at risk of explosion.
