l Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the screen. Never use the cloth with liquid or powder. This
may cause component failures.
l Do not expose your IP phone to moisture or direct sunlight. This is to extend the lifespan
of your IP phone.
l Do not place your IP phone in an environment with dense magnetic fields. Otherwise, dusts
may adhere to the speaker diaphragm, which degrades the speaker performance.
l If your IP phone is equipped with a USB camera, properly maintain the USB camera. For
details, see Maintaining Your Camera.
