3.2 Pre-fab. Module Thermal Insulation Structure
The pre-fab. module is furnished with a thermal insulation layer composed of steel
plates, bulk rock wool, and rock wool panels.
The pre-fab. module uses the rock wool sandwich panel structure for thermal
insulation. The protection structure uses the 100 mm thick re-retardant level A1
rock wool material, which complies with the GB 8624-2012 design standard and
RoHS environmental protection directive, and meets the requirements for thermal
insulation and re resistance.
3.3 Pre-fab. Module Coating
The current standard pre-fab. module coating solution passes the 1440-hour salt
spray test. According to the ISO12944 standard, the pre-fab. module provides the
VH protection level in C3 and C4 environments.
